At NorthGate College, leadership is more than a title, it is a calling to serve with excellence, humility, and integrity. Each year, we take time to recognize and commission our student leaders who have demonstrated a heart for others and a commitment to uphold the values that make our community special. The Student Leadership Induction Ceremony, held in October 2025, was a beautiful moment of reflection, inspiration, and celebration as we acknowledged the next generation of young leaders rising within our school.
In a special recognition of maturity and potential, select Form 6 students were entrusted with the privilege of serving as leaders within the school. Together, this group will support the operation of various student-led teams from event management to environment maintenance, ensuring that NorthGate College continues to thrive as a community of excellence, stewardship, and faith in action.
We are delighted to announce our Head Prefects for the 2025-2026 academic year: Head Boy, Aidan Youssef; Head Girl, Zara Pariag; and Deputy Head Prefect, Yosef Kelly. These students have shown remarkable character, dedication, and initiative. They will lead by example, representing the student body with grace and responsibility, while working alongside staff, peers and fellow student leaders to ensure that NorthGate remains a place where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered.
We are deeply proud of all our student leaders and the example they set for their wider school community.
